Restaurant Video for Casa Del Mofongo in Bethlehem

The client

Casa Del Mofongo is a restaurant on Main Street in Bethlehem. Restaurants live and die by whether locals think of them when deciding where to eat, and short-form video is where a lot of those decisions now start.

What we made

Instead of a standard food ad, we filmed a relaxed sit-down conversation at a table in the restaurant: a host asking questions, Mike talking about the food and the restaurant, and the dishes themselves, including one served with their avocado aioli, right there on the table. Bold captions keep it easy to follow, and it ends by pointing viewers to the restaurant's Instagram and street.

Why it works

People go to restaurants because of the people as much as the food. Letting the owner's personality come through makes viewers feel like they already know the place, and a conversation format holds attention far longer than a montage of plates.
